Our Process

1. The Role

Agree competencies, responsibilities, and required industry experience. We will agree the timelines, scope, scale and parameters of the search, including target companies, off-limits, and maybe most importantly, your business’ Employee Value Proposition (which we can help you with), to take a clear and exciting message to the market.

2. Research, Mapping & Video Creation

While recruitment agencies only search for active job seekers (typically about 20% who happen to be looking at that time), we can identify all candidates. We commence our research stage by mapping all the target companies and using the latest AI software to identify a near-comprehensive list of candidates in the marketplace who have the capability and experience for this position within your geographical location. At this stage, our videographers and editors create your video.

3. Candidate Approaches

We professionally approach each candidate using various communication methods. We engage directly with each candidate, gaining as much interest in the opportunity as possible. We can collect market insights such as salary, bonus, benefits, and people’s perception of you in the market.

4. Candidate Assessment

We then conduct telephone and video calls to assess each candidate against the role requirements. Ultimately, a long list of QIA (qualified, interested, assessed) candidates emerges.

5. Shortlisting

We jointly select the shortlist for interview

6. Weekly Steering Meetings

The whole process is transparent, with all candidates accessed by you in a dynamic, real-time, and interactive client portal where you can reject, accept or ask questions on any candidate.

7. Interview and referencing

Full support to arrange interviews with each candidate, taking feedback regularly and ensuring we inform each party at every stage. We will be happy to take references if required.

8. Offer management

Once you agree a suitable package, we will present the offer to the successful candidate and support through any negotiation, to ensure all parties are happy with the final arrangements and stay in regular contact with you and the candidate until they start.

Timelines of a Typical Search

Depending on the urgency of the requirement, we can flex timelines to suit the project. However, search projects typically takes around 4-6 weeks to reach the shortlist stage.

Cost:

The total fee is 25% of the annual remuneration. The total fee is split into three equal and separate payments.

·         The first payment is due on the date we agree to commence recruiting

·         The second payment is due when the candidate accepts an offer

·         The third payment is due 14 days after they start.

NB If more than one placement is made, each candidate is a further 25% invoice due in full 14 days after they start.

Guarantees:

If the candidate leaves within the first 52 weeks, you will receive a credit note on account, which you can use against a future assignment, calculated as follows;
